Memphis Graceland Mansion

Hi we’re having a US road trip in July and would like some advice on a Graceland visit
The tickets are very expensive, does anyone know a good website on which to purchase or is the price the same from most companies

we would also like to visit the Meditation garden would you recommend early morning 7.30 before the crowds , it’s going to be very hot in July & queues don’t appeal we will be there during a week day
Our hotel is the Graceland guest house & we will have a hire car

Any advice & recommendations please

We went a few years ago, I'm pretty sure we just bought our tickets from the Graceland guest house lobby and got picked up from there. It was a great day out, I remember that much! Sorry I can't be more help.

Thinking back, I'm sure we got a cheaper ticket by going after 2pm. It was still enough time to go round the mansion and the museums. There's more info on trip advisor, from people with better memory than me!

I went decades ago and it was a great trip. No idea how much it now costs but if you're in Memphis I wouldn't miss it.

It’s a long time since I’ve been, but I think it depends on how much of a fan you are. There are vip tickets where you get a private tour and get to hold a couple of Elvis’ belts etc.

I can’t find any way of getting discounted tickets but thr standard tour is $82 and lasts about 4 hours so it is worth the price.
Theres a free time to visit the Meditation Garden early in the morning before the tours start. So you can walk up the drive and it won’t cost anything. It’d be quieter too as the official haven’t started yet.
