Best hotels/resorts for toddlers

We're looking to book a 2 week holiday for next May. Our DC will be 3 & 4 at that point so looking for somewhere that has plenty to keep them entertained. They aren't beach fans but love a pool.

Can anyone recommend a good toddler friendly hotel, Airbnb or resort? We don't mind where it is as long as the temp is generally between 20 - 30 degrees (I know nothing's guaranteed).

Any country??

Holiday Village Kos or Rhodes. Ibiza is my favourite but maybe not in May.

Royal Son Bou Menorca is fantastic but again I'd be concerned about the weather in May.

I recommend Rhodes! It is family-friendly and peaceful. There aren't that many young people who party. My family and I have been twice at the Lindos Princess hotel. It is a real family hotel with children, where parents also enjoy themselves. There is many things for children to do and the food is good. The hotel is also clean.
