Pefkos/Lindos, Rhodes

Hi all

Looking at a holiday with 2 teens at end of June/beg july (scottish holidays). DD16, DS 14. I like the look of Rhodes. Bit of history but nice weather too. Pefkos and Lindos look lovely but wonder if the teens will appreciate it. They want to relax and be by pool/beach and love a pretty town. but I think will want a bit of life/hustle snd bustle in the restaurants and bars but obviously not old enough to participate. Are these towns busy enough do you think? Without being raucous!! Thank you!

My parents go to Lindos every year as have a family member that is there for a month at a time every three months.

They absolutely love it.
Not far to get to busier areas and history and the beaches there look amazing.

Thank you! I think the location is pretty good and looks so pretty. Both my teens will appreciate the views etc just don't want them to feel they are on holiday with a bunch of middle age folk...lol!

Both are lovely places, Pefkos is less busy and more relaxed, nice beach, small number of restaurants and bars, but no real centre/hub. Lindos has an acropolis and more bars and restaurants. I think Lindos would be better for teens who would like a bit more going on.

If it were me I'd stay in PEFKOS and visit lindos. Lindos beach gets really busy . Pefkos is just more relaxed. Don't miss Rhodes town either it's fabulous.

Lindos has expanded a lot since I last went, it was ridiculously hot, the beach wasn't great and it's a long walk down. The bars and restaurants were amazing but I think my teems would be bored there.
