Hotel Löwe & Bär this summer

Hello!

we have just booked a summer holiday at Hotel Bär in Serfaus, Austria. It looks so great and I wondered if anyone has been before and has any reviews?

Our son will be 2.5 and I gather he’ll be in the baby room. No idea if they actually go out or not or if there’s an itinerary of such for the little ones. Apparently we won’t know until closer to the time.

Also would love to know if many brits have been before. Worried my son won’t understand any of the German kids but maybe language at that age isn’t such an issue!?

anyway any tips would really love to hear!

I wouldn't worry about language. The staff will speak some english and your child will pick up some words maybe.

They will be happily playing along each other, I wouldn't worry.

I still remember DD, used to us at home speaking German, being utterly lost at a farm holiday in Bavaria. We come from north Germany and our German is very different from Bavaria, we had to translate quite a lot in the beginning.
