Going to Phuket in November with my parents (early 80's) us -a couple mid 50's, any ideas for mid budget accommodation to suit both age groups? Looking to be close to the beach, somewhere where the oldies can retire back easily in the evening if need be & we are close by to the hotel with some nightlife/entertainment in the vicinity?

Where about in Phuket do you want to stay? It’s a big place!

We stayed in Glam Habitat at Kamala Beach, it is very near the beach and the apartments had private pools and I don't think it was too expensive but it has been 6 years since we visited. I liked Kamala Beach, lots of nice places to eat, but not party oriented. We didn't do too much in terms of sightseeing on Phuket island as we had my in-laws with us who were in there 70s. Actually though preferred the nearby island of Koh Yai Noi which was more peaceful and less touristy. We had a few nights in Koh Yai Noi and a few nights in Phuket on this trip.

Thank you-will look into those suggestions Smile
