I'm looking to fly to Verona and stay at Bella Italia euro camp. Has anyone done this and know about getting a transfer between the two? It seems far for a taxi!

Not stayed at Bella Italia but there is a bus from the airport - check eurocamp website

What time do you land?

If later on in the evening then use Europlan for a private transfer. Probably in the region of €60.

If it's daytime and you fancy a longish bus journey then take the 199 to Verona €7 each and change for a bus or train to Peschiera del Garda.

Personally I'd use Europlan, so good and convenient.

We've done this, I seem to remember it being about an hour's drive. We hired a car for the duration of the stay. Bella Italia is a huge and busy site, but we enjoyed it and the surrounding area is stunning.

€63.50 to Bella Italia

Enjoy

Thank you all so so much. I have a husband who just wants to do a package but I keep saying we can do this and manage!
Bella Italia looks lovely.

We stayed at another campside on the lake last summer. We flew to Verona and got the train to Peschiera. From there you can either walk (depending how much luggage you've got), potentially get a bus, or get a taxi.

Yes, the site is walkable from Peschiera train station, or treat yourselves to a short taxi ride 👍 However, once you’ve paid your train tickets and a short taxi, maybe the €63.50 transfer sounds like a bargain. I’ve never used a transfer so I’m not well placed to judge. We always hire a car. However, with the site so close to the train station it’ll be a great base for you to have a car-free holiday. Enjoy!
