Flight to Tokyo - LOT Airlines? Are they really bad?

I've found cheap flights to Tokyo with LOT - they're under £900 which seems like a bargain to me. Is LOT ok? Or awful? Does anyone have any experience please?

From what I can see they're Poland's flag carrier though I've never heard of them before.

Safety rating is fine: no serious accidents in 25 years of operation.

Service seems to be hit and miss according to passenger reviews.
