Help me find my holy grail

Looking to try and get away for around a week in June with my 6mo but struggling to find anywhere that ticks all the boxes - help!

We're looking for-

-no more than 2.5 hours away from UK by plane
-less than 60 min transfer to hotel from airport
-an area that is fairly flat and accessible
-not absolutely besieged by brits
-aparthotel - looking for breakfast/half board but we would like an apartment so we can access basic kitchen facilities
-nice restaurants nearby
-warm, sunny weather
-decent pool area
-access to a sandy beach if possible (ideal but not a dealbreaker!)

We were looking at Hotel Eden Mar in Madeira but the beach is pebbly so wanted to make sure we hadn't missed any other options - MNers, please help!

It's not flat flat, but very easy to walk about with pushchair
-not absolutely besieged by brits
Were a few but nothing like Benidorm 😂
-aparthotel - looking for breakfast/half board but we would like an apartment so we can access basic kitchen facilities
I can't remember it's name but there is an Aparthotel very close to the beach
-nice restaurants nearby
The aparthotel is close to the strip
-warm, sunny weather
Weather was amazing!
-decent pool area
-access to a sandy beach if possible (ideal but not a dealbreaker!)
Beaches were beautiful and sandy (some shells)

You can choose various board packages. Went to both when dd was a baby.
