Thinking of Florida/Disney next Easter. How far in advance are flights/packages released so we can take advantage of any child offers ?

Are we likely to get decent discounts/kids' prices that way or should we wait for others to come out ? We used to book last minute or tailor made before kids so never a consideration !

I would book now - but that's just how I do things.

We are going to Florida in July.
