Has anyone visited Alghero, Sardinia? I'd appreciate recommendations of excursions, activities, etc suitable for teenagers.
My Instagram keeps showing me images from other parts of Sardinia but I hope to see plenty from our base in the town.
We are not planning to hire a car

We went a few years ago, and preferred Cagliari where we had been the previous year.
I can't recommend anything, as changes may have occurred in the meantime.
The Tourist Board website is good, as is the Rough Guide.
