Looking at going to the Rockies next summer but all the travel agents I’ve looked at seem to have tours to the main hotspots - Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper etc - which googling suggests will be extremely busy in summer.
Has anyone done a summer Rockies tour that included stunning mountains and lakes but not loads of tour buses and crowded towns? Happy to self book or go with a tour operator if there is one - will be two adults plus two teenagers who are camping averse but happy to consider any other accommodation types!
