Hello we are looking to drive in France this year for first time and try a lodge / van somewhere in France in a eurocamp type place .

. I'm looking for any useful advice and opinions on euro camp or others places you recommend ( there will be 4 of us , 2 young adults and us parents in 50s and we would not want to be driving as far as south of france on our first trip )

I've done this twice and can totally recommend it. The driving on the wrong side of the road seems daunting but you get used to it pretty quickly. I can't remember the name of the place we stayed, but it was within driving distance of Mount St Michael (a must see). Stayed in Brittany one time. There isn't much night life at Eurocamp, compared to say, Haven in UK. But there is so much to explore and beautiful coastlines. You could pick one near a town if the teenagers want a bit of nightlife I guess. I went when my DS was pre-school.
