BA complaints email

Hello,
Does anyone have a an email address to send a complaint to BA? Their website provides a web form (not working) or snail mail (ha fucking ha).

In my long and bitter experience of complaining about BA I’ve come to the conclusion that, unless your complaint is so serious it is worth suing them, complaints received by any method just go straight into the bin.

Do the web form anyway. I've actually had success - takes months, and some chasing, but have actually got them to reimburse me for their cock ups

As @CloudPop says. You have to chase / keep on at them. But it worked for me last year. (Re the web form)

I once contacted them via the Executive Club in desperation. Have had success getting various refunds over the last few years, sometimes with a bit of a campaign.
