Recommendation for adult only resort

Myself and hubby planning a holiday without our kids for 3/4 nights in Sept (Yay!) We want adult only and beachfront or on a beach. Any recommendations?

Look at Tui Blue Suites on Gran Canaria.

Stella island in Greece is beautiful. We thought there would be lots of insta posey people there, but it was actually just bloody lovely. I would love to go back!

Second for Lindos Blu in Rhodes. Beautiful.

Budget? I recommend Taormina in Sicily for adults only, small hotels mostly, amazing restaurants and bars excellent for people watching and you can go up Etna. Fly to Catania and its short transfers. 2.5 hours flight from Gatwick.
