I'm hoping to get a last minute holiday by myself later this year.

I'm doing lots of holiday searches at the moment just for fun and thinking about on cold wet horrible days. What the best last minute deal you ever got and was it worth it? (I know last minute deals arent as good as they used to be but there's got to still be a few??)

I should have added...Once I got a week in the Caribbean for £400 but that was a long time ago. Cracking holiday though- all inclusive in a lovely hotel.

2 weeks in Gran Canaria for £200. Back when I was 21 and didn't check star ratings 😂Tbh I think the hotel wasn't too bad.

£99 week in a nice apartment in Greece. Flight was a bit ropey & we didn't expect much but it was great.

Quite a long time ago.

I flew to India for a 3 week break on NYE 1999, the whole trip was £99 because people were scared of the Y2K bug! It was a great holiday!

We only went in the travel agency because we thought it was just advertising, we didn't think any holidays would be available.

We figured if the accommodation was bad, we could go elsewhere as it was cheap or the flight at £99. It was lovely, just very early season.

£20 for a flight and a week in big apartment by the sea in Cyprus, was in 1991 though.
