My daughter and her friend were supposed to be flying to Spain on Monday. Holiday booked through on the beach. The friend, who is the lead passenger, can no longer go as her passport has expired and no appointments to get it fast tracked,

My other daughter has said she’ll go . Long story short, cannot change booking online as it’s too late. Managed to find a number and speak to a human at on the beach and they are saying there’s nothing they can do. It’s too late. However it looks like I can possibly change names on flights directly so my idea was to do that and book the hotel separately for our other daughter . However can my daughter go without the lead passenger? Tried to phone and now there’s no option to speak to a human. 🙄

I'd email the hotel directly and explain that one of the names of the people staying in the hotel has changed.

I emailed and phoned then. They said they wouldn’t change it. Thankfully though her friend has managed to get an appointment for her passport on Saturday, phew !

Friend may not get an actual passport on Saturday though
