Recommend me a family holiday in Greece

Hello.

Looking to book our first holiday abroad as a family - me, my partner and our three year old. Can anyone recommend a nice resort, ideally all inclusive, in Greece?

We'd like a room that ideally has a bed in a separate room for our daughter.

I've been looking at Corfu, Zante, Crete so far but happy to consider other suggestions. A family room at Roda beach resort in Corfu looks ideal but the recent reviews about quality of food have put me off. Can anyone who has been there convince me otherwise?

Any recommendations much appreciated!

Hi there, I think a lot will depend on your budget and time of year, etc. If you want a good AI I would actually suggest Alcudia in Majorca. I love Greece and would go every year if I could but Greeks do not do great AI I have found. They struggle with the concept of mass feeding as their speciality is more Tavernas and freshly cooked food (in my opinion). We stayed in a fantastic Iberostar in Alcudia when our DS was about 4, he loved the food. Fresh fish, paella, lots of great things. It also had two great pools and was on the beach.

Domes of Elounda in Crete is perfect for this. An excellent resort for adults and kids. Multiple restaurants with excellent food

I would do Majorca in a heartbeat but my partner is set on Greece. All inclusive is preferred but we'd be happy to eat out for dinner if there are decent restaurants nearby - it's more for the convenience during the day for drinks, breakfast and lunch.

Have a look at Lindos Princess Beach Hotel in Rhodes. The family rooms have a sliding partition between the two sleeping areas. Great variety of places to eat and food always of good quality, especially at the Greek restaurant.

Stella Palace in Crete is what you want - great for kids and adults! They even have mermaid lessons in the water park!
