Crete advice please

Hi I’m looking at Crete for a week in May for husband and I but have never been to Greece/Crete before so I am after so advice please .
my husband has has knee op so we can’t walk as much as usual . We like quiet smaller hotels with beach /pool and some where to walk around like village / harbour etc - is Crete somewhere we would like ? Thanks everyone

Crete is (to me!) a wonderful place to holiday. There are many pretty fishing village type places. Some are quite hilly but there are plenty of places that should be manageable. Try looking at Rethmynon / Chania area

Chania is lovely, Venetian coastal town with airport.

Avoid Heraklion imo.
