I’m going on a day trip from Zürich to Vaduz. I’ll have an all day Swiss rail pass - where else should I go on the way?

In Vaduz there is a great ice cream place. But Vadus it’s really super tiny and not the most interesting place (just my opinion) If it was me I would take a bus up the valley from Vaduz and you have a great view of the Rhone valley - it’s a nice place to have lunch with a great view up and down the valley. You could also just take a picnic and sit on a bench to see the view.
Walenstadt is a nice little town - on the shores of lake Walensee - you can swim in this lake.
I live in Switzerland and am near this area.
In a place called Biltern there is a nice chocolate factory museum. Laderach is the company. They have a cafe, shop and tour. It’s nice, small 1-2 hours maximum you could spend there.
