Dubai - dressing 4 month old baby?

Hello! Hoping to get some advice around dressing baby in April in Dubai. Never been so unsure what to expect! She currently is in a 2.5 tog babygro sleepsuit in the UK - not sure how cold the Dubai hotels will be at night with room air con and what to put her in? Is a short sleeve vest plus long baby gro ok, or even less clothes? For dinners in the evening I’ve packed summer short rompers, or will the air conditioning make it quite quite cool meaning she’ll need longer / warmer clothes and covered legs? So much to pre plan and think about with a baby!! TIA xx

We live in Dubai, lots of short sleeved baby gros for the day, my daughter was in a 2.5 tog sleep suit and the room was 19/20 degrees at night. You will need light cotton cardigans for the malls, they can be arctic. In restaurants ask to be seated away from the A/C vents. Enjoy your holiday.

If you're outside in the evenings it can get very humid, but at the moment it hasn't really warmed up (high of 26 today and we cancelled a planned pool day due to a cool wind!). Malls and restaurants are often chilly, you'll need a cardi or overshirt yourself too. Hotel room AC is often set around 21C with limited capacity for adjustment. Often the duvets provided are much thicker/warmer than the ones we have at home. We use a 4.5 tog at the moment but go down to 1.5 in high summer, even with the AC on.
