Insure & go travel insurance

Would anyone recommend insure and go travel insurance? We used staysure for our last trip a couple of years ago, but they are quite expensive for our holiday in December. Are Insure & Go are noticeably cheaper. Any other recommendations? Hubby and DS have health conditions.

I can't edit. I meant they are noticeably cheaper cause I've done a quote.

We used them for years because we were recommended them as DH has lots of health issues. We never had to claim so I can't say if they are any good from that point of view! They were very helpful when I had questions.
