What do I pack?l for western Europe

Off on a cruise holiday in a next week to western Europe, Germany, Netherlands, France it's a 1 week stay and a night in a hotel we are a family of 4- 2 kids 8+10 2 adults. I've just started packing and I'm already stuck on how much do I take they have no onboard washing facilities so I don't know obviously enough pants and socks. But trousers and shirts ? I'm such a over packing and trying to reduce that considering what we're doing

1 casual outfit per 2 days (jeans, top, hoodie/fleece, plimsolls/trainers)
1 spare top
1 smarter outfit for dinners
1 warm jacket
Warm hat, sunglasses
Swimwear

Basically what you need for one week at home. The weather will be very similar.

I would add swimwear and maybe some nicer tops for dinner unless you really have to dress up each evening.
