Short flight, warm, end of may, close to beach, all inc but nice food?

Want to go somewhere with a flight of 5 hours or less, reasonably warm at the end of may and somewhere that does all inclusive but it's pretty reasonable in quality (2 of my kids will probably only eat pasta, pizza, chips and nuggets but 3 adults to cater for.) A splash pool with little slides/splash pad and close to the beach would be a bonus!

Any recommendations?

Im not terribly fussed on location but more specific hotel recommendations.

Club de Sol in pollensa is very nice. Probably about the only hotel I haven’t moaned about. The food is fabulous and huge choice for kids

Greco tel Marine Palace

Hotel Baia in Cascais. I don't know if they do all inclusive, but it is lovely, directly opposite a beach and there are plenty of places to visit. You can get the tube / train from the airport for less than £5.

They definitely do breakfast, and there are tons of places to eat which are not expensive.

Make sure you get a sea view room though.

Seaside Los Jameos in Lanzarote. Food is excellent and I don't generally like AI, right beside the beach and a lovely hotel. Not sure about kiddy slides as we didn't need that.
