East Devon/ Exeter with toddler ideas!

Staying near Exeter, but want to get out and about with six months old and three year old. What should we do? Any good young family recommendations?

Train to exmouth or Dawlish. Fish and chips in Exmouth- nice beach.

darts farm- good playground

cycle route - goes either side of the Exe with ferries crossing over at top and bottom. Google it and you’ll find the map. Hire bikes and do this or it’s pushchair friendly. Nice pubs en route- the Turf, Double Locks, one in Exton, can’t remember the name.

Bicton

Teignmouth- get the ferry over to Sheldon which is lovely to walk around and has a nice beach and cafe on it.

Creally is close to Exeter and has lots suitable for a 3 year old.
