Old town in Zurich, Grossmunster and Fraumunster, walk along the Limmat river down to the lake, lake boat tour, train up the Uetliberg for a view and walk or Zuriberg and zoo, shopping on Bahnhofstrasse.

Even if you aren't football lovers, I recommend the FIFA museum. Very interactive and lots of fun to be had. You need at least three hours to make the most of the games and stuff.
