Hotel pools

We went to Florida last year and my two teenage boys loved that the hotel pools were open till 11pm or later. It was great after being out all day. Is there anywhere in Europe where the pools stay open later than 6/7pm?

Thanks

When we went to florida they had life guards present all the time, all the way up to 11pm.

They also opened up earlier.

We had this problem too OP, went to Europe last year and the pool opened at 10am and closed at 6pm. Way too late to open when you have kids up at 6am I thought.

I've heard this before re pools in Europe.
It's bonkers to me because, fortunately, my DM lives in Spain and has a pool.
It's the perfect time for the kids to have fun in the water after six o'clock , we're often swimming late into the evening.
Sounds quite depressing not being able to swim naked under a full moon 😂

Yeah it seems such a waste of the warm weather. There were kids in them from crack of dawn till midnight! Was amazing they had so much fun. I'm debating just going back for that to be honest!! We would just have a few gins round the pool in the evening and all the kids would play together etc no boredom at all!!

You'd have better luck with apart hotels or private apartments on pool complexes. I always manage to find one that allows swimming until 10pm. No lifeguards after 6pm though. Usually go to the Balearics.
