Where is hot in Europe at easter?

I'm off to Lanzarote in 3 weeks. Hoping it'll be early to mid twenties.

I think the problem is inconsistency . Just looking at weather for southern Spain next week and it's looking unsettled and rainy. It was lovely and sunny in February though! I think that the canaries tends to be more consistent .
