How much money should I take ??

Of to Spain early Friday morning, and come back Sunday evening.

Have to buy food/drinks and anything else I want. I am not planning on buying anything else though other than a little pressie each for the kids and my mum.

I have 200 euros, do you think thats enough ?? Others are taking more apparently, but they want to buy duty free make up and stuff.

I can take more if I need to, but do you think I will need it ?

Have you got a bank card that will let you take money out abroad, for free?

IME everytime we go anywhere we always end up spending at least half again of what we thought we need.

I always take about £50 more than I originally intended to spend. Spain used to be so cheap but since the Euro is fairly expensive. eating out can work out expensive.

can you take an 'emergency' credit card- then if you do spend more just pay it off in full when you get back.

Not sure if my bank charge to get money out abroad, trying to find out now.

if you have cirrus, meastro or visa you can use atms.

Wish i was jetting off the spain this weekend....

I have Visa debit card, so will take that aswell incase of emergencies. Really want to spend as little as poss though.
