We're thinking of staying in Portugal for 10-11 days, dividing our time between Lisbon and the Algarves. My wife, our 3-year-old, 7-month-old, and I will be going. I've heard different opinions about Lisbon, especially about its hills and getting around. I'm wondering if it'll be difficult to walk around and push strollers there. Any advice or suggestions would be really helpful.
