May half term - Spain or Greece - me and 2 teens

Looking for some hive mind inspiration.

Me and 2 DC (13 and 15). Would like to go to Spain or Greece in May half term. Budget is about £2k. Think I've missed cheap flights.

So options are:

• all inclusive. Never done it, willing to try. Any recommendations?
• DIY - in which case I'd want it to be somewhere with plenty of places to eat and things for DC to do, not in the sticks.

Main thing is I'd like sun, ease of findings places to eat, not horribly overdeveloped.
Tips and inspiration very much appreciated.

DD liked Corfu. Not sure about flights but stayed near Barbati but other areas might have more restaurants. We don’t do Ai so no idea but what about mainland? DD just rents a villa with friends and gets a car.

BA have flights to Cyprus. 1st June? Lots in your budget for appartments.
