Greek resort with apartments

Looking for help in narrowing down a resort for Greece for the summer.

The most important things are the pools - lots of options with slides etc. We would like to stay in a resort with apartments as my dc get very bored of hotel buffets and the end up not eating much at all. Somewhere close to a shop to buy food and restaurants on the resort.

Does such a thing exist? Please help! All of the places with the great variety of pools seem to be all inclusive hotels.

Sani resort for the food choices and loads of pools. Limited slides though. Absolutely loads of other activities
