Looking to book a week in Gran Canaria in January for DH & I and our 2 DC (they'll be 2 & 4). I've been a couple of times but that was before kids. Wondering if anyone can recommend an area which is good for young DC? We'd prefer an apartment to a hotel and to be within walking distances of the beach, shops and restaurants. The shorter the transfer from the airport the better. We don't intend to hire a car.
Can anyone recommend somewhere that might fit the bill?
