Dubai - ideas for a 30th

My friend is 30 in April and we are going to Dubai for a few days with some of her family too (all adults). Can anyone recommend any trips, places to visit etc for her birthday celebration. It is on a Tuesday. Thank you

I guess it depends what she is in to and what she would find most celebratory. There are lots of things to do in Dubai:
desert safari
Burj kalifra and meal overlooking the fountains
atlantis water park
trip to the grand mosque in Abu Dhabi
dubai museum
souks
pool day/shopping/lots of food
