Anyone been to Uganda, Kenya or Tanzania in the last few years? Any tips?

I went to Kenya with exH but it was a long time ago. After we split, he went on holiday there several more times with his new dp and they stopped going, saying they didn't really feel all that safe any more.

We went to Uganda a couple of months ago, and had an amazing time. It's probably best to arrange it all through a travel company, depending on what sort of things you want to do and see - we had a driver and vehicle for 2 weeks, and he arranged all the hotels and passes for national parks etc. Uganda is a stunning country, with so many different things to see.

We went to Tanzania couple of years ago, amazing country and wonderful people. One of our best holidays.
