Help - looking for a villa, on a holiday resort of some kind in walking distance to shops etc.

we tend to travel long haul but since having DS have been a bit scared of the flights! Now he is 2 I’m trying to see what we can do holiday wise this year.

Ideally I’m looking for:
a villa (heated private pool is a non negotiable)
On a resort of some description
walking distance to shops and restaurants (yes we are those Brit’s abroad who still want a full English so that type of ‘restaurant’ close ideally)
shops/small supermarket close too

I’d like to avoid needing to drive hence the walking distance elements.

We’d be traveling early June so ideally somewhere hot then

Can anyone help point me in the right direction (we used to use James villas for this but they’ve gone under and we don’t rate villa plus)

These were lovely (disclaimer 7+ years ago) Town and restaurants close by.

not the most gorgeous resort/beach but we did have a nice time with small children in tow. I’d certainly say it’s worth a look.

I would recommend LanzaroteOne, in PDC Lanzarote, lots of their villas re centrally located, just 10-15mins to the airport, loads of choices for restaurants and bars.
