Sailing and tennis but not Neilson or MW

I'm sure this has been asked before but can't find the thread. Are there any hotels in Europe that do sailing courses and water sports for the kids, great tennis for adults but are a touch more luxurious than Neilson or MW?

We've done MW before and the set up is great but the canteen style catering and basic accommodation isn't quite the holiday experience I'm looking for

I’m late replying, you say not Neilson - but have you looked at Club Alana in Croatia? Good family rooms there, beautiful terrace (not a canteen), great tennis and sailing, fabulous spa - and lots more besides…
