Javea travel tips

Hello,
arrive in Alicante late and not sure whether to rent a car or if there is an airport bus to Javea? Struggling to find good tourist advice on the area

I used to live in the area, & I'd rent a car.
It's about 1.25 hours by car, 3.5 by buses, & the final bus almost certainly won't stop right outside your accomodation !
Also, if you're arriving late, the bus(es) might not be running.
