We’ve just had a stressful half term journey made even worse by dreadful customer service from our travel insurance. I’m looking for a new policy and would be keen to hear if you would recommend yours based on their customer service? I’m willing to pay a higher premium if necessary to know that if something goes wrong there will be someone helpful and knowledgeable at the end of the phone or email.
