Has anyone needed a Dr, urgently for a child taken ill on holiday here, 18 months old , high temperature, previously well. Was the resort able to help? Asking for young family currently at the resort, if child doesn't improve it may be a hospital visit, was hoping a Dr may attend on site???

We rang 111, they told us the nearest place to take DC, rang the guest services number who sent a van to pick us up and drive us to our car. Gave us a security pass to get back in. They didn’t/couldn’t offer medical help though

If they’ve taken out travel insurance, they could ring the number on the policy for advice.

The resort is more or less on Disney property. They will have a Dr available. Speak to guest services.

They need to call Sos médecins for the 77 region or they can take a cab to Jossigny hospital. I used to live in the area and know it very well.

We had a poorly 18m old at Villages Nature and used our travel insurance to have a video call with a doctor.

Guests services will help direct to a local walk in clinic or hospital (which may be on the Disney complex) but don't think they'll have a doctor on Villages Nature itself.

Do they have a car? Guest services will help arrange a taxi if not. Pharmacists in France are good as well and can be really helpful with prescriptions.
