Hi, fancy Christmas away this year and starting to think about what we could do. Always done Christmas at home or with family before but just fancy something a bit more exciting!
Will be myself, DH and 2 DDs aged 13 & almost 10 by then.
Open to suggestions?? Either UK or abroad but not too keen on flying as taking presents with us would be difficult, eldest would be ok with getting most presents when we get home but youngest might still believe in Santa (she did 100% this year).
I thought maybe a cruise? Or uk based holiday cottage or hotel type thing? But unsure where, also if uk based dog friendly would be ideal!

Keswick in the Lake District? Very dog friendly and you might get some snow.

We have been to both Anglesey and Cornwall at Christmas with our dog.

For cruises it's easy to search on a site line planet cruise for availability, p&o has some options and there is a few others at quick glance.
