Has anyone regretted going to Disney Florida?

I feel I want to take my child but am so put off by the crowds and queues.

I’ve read people often stand in queues for 60-90min to ride.

Is it really worth it?

Thank you

@JDJT it is not crowds, just sensory overload generally.

They really weren't being weird when they said smells. Disney has devices known as Smellitizers (devices which omit scents). The smell when you ride Flight of Passage (one of the Avatar rides) is amazing and memorable.
Disney likes to satisfy all the senses😄

Omg the Avatar scent. I wish I could bottle it

It’s unlike anything else - the smells, the heat, the magic.

OK, sensory overload. Still, different for everyone. 🙂 all struggle with different things. As I said, my ASD DH enjoyed Disney when we went a few years ago. He would like to go again!

@JDJT I enjoyed it. And I believe you. I was just genuinely surprised that anyone with ASD would enjoy it.

My son has ASD and loves it. I have ME and chronic migraines and use a mobility scooter, I also love it. Need some downtime between parks but I can't wait to go back
