Rome hotel 3 rooms?

Looking to stay in central Rome for a few days in the Easter hols. DS1 (18) really can't bear sharing a room with anyone and especially hates sharing a room with DS2 (15). We usually try and get AirBnBs for this reason, so we can get a 3 bed apartment, but for a short city break I'd really like a hotel, very centrally located. Does anyone have suggestions for hotels I might look at?

I suppose ideally we'd like a family suite with 3 bedrooms but I'm not sure they exist! Otherwise I guess we could get 2 interconnecting rooms (as I assume the hotel will not be happy with DS2 on his own as under 18) and a separate room for DS1.

Appreciate this is likely to be expensive but Rome is one of the few places that all the family agree on and I'm happy to spend a bit more.

Any ideas welcome - TIA.

Albergo del Senato, right next to the Pantheon. Family-run, a little old-fashioned, but perfect location.

I stayed in the HiSuite Rome in a 3 bed apartment. It was a slightly weird configuration - all the rooms on a different floor but very nice. Good location - near the Vatican with good restaurants etc nearby. Worth a look.
