Never been to the Caribbean before. Mega mega excited. Going to an island called Grenada. Meant to be beautiful.

What should we pack?

Same as any other holiday

Mosquito spray. Very strong sun protection. A hat and sunglasses. Very lightweight clothing.

I lived in vest tops and shorts during the day and dresses at night so minimal packing for Barbados last year.
I'd say to remember SP lip balm as well as lotion. We went on a catamaran cruise for the day which was amazing, but my lip got sunburnt and it was one of the sorest things I've ever had - and it lasted till well after I got home,

Mozzie repellent
Imodium
Sun tan lotion
After sun
Lip balm
Bikinis

Definitely be careful re mosquitos. There is Zika virus there too. Nhs says don’t go
if pregnant! Also advice for couples who want a baby. Ignore obviously if this is irrelevant!

Otherwise, light clothes for evening, beach wear, 50 factor if you need it. Not sure if we still have bottle size restrictions! I’ve never worn a hat swimming. Take one if it matters to you. I don’t take much make up except moisturizer and lip gloss. Oh, don’t forget your passport! Have a great time.

Oh also, take coconut oil rather than after sun. It's so much more moisturising
You could probably get some out there though
