Can anyone tell me what the cons might be of booking flights with Kayak as opposed to directly with an airline?
We're looking flights to Florida and the 'book with Kayak' price is a fair chunk lower than for the same flight booked directly with BA, or with Expedia for example.
Plenty of negative reviews of wrong cars being booked, hotels not being up to standard but I'm struggling to find the difference in booking flights!
Does anyone have any experience of using them and can tell me what I am trading by booking the cheaper option? Direct contact with BA if things go tits up maybe?
