Great family villa near Rome or Venice? 8-9 people.

Hi there,

Looking for a great villa in the region around either Venice or Rome, please.
3 adult couples, 3 kids.

Maybe an hour or 2's drive max?

We normally go for a large property with around 5 bedrooms, can go higher, def not fewer.

Lovely pool and garden, walking distance to a village or town, and to a beach would be great, too.
Proximity to a water park or other similar activities for the kids would be the absolute pinnacle!

Asking the world I know ; )

Suggestions would be much appreciated.

This is not quite what you're looking for, it's not walking distance to a town although there is a restaurant nearby, and the nearby lake is great for watersports.

The villa itself and facilities are just wonderful.
