In England, for April. Not Center Parcs, possibly Bluestone.

Twitchen house and Woolacombe bay holiday parks (you can use all three of the park facilities near each other)

Noshowlomo · 31/01/2024 10:46

Hayle, st ives

pool, but no slides though

OldTinHat · 31/01/2024 10:51

Thorness Bay or Whitecliff Bay, IoW.

Forgottenmyphone · 31/01/2024 12:25

Yes it’s got direct beach access and a few good activities for tweens such as the Nerf training, The Jump and high ropes. It’s also possible to hire bikes and cycle to the Gt Yarmouth Pleasure Beach.

Sandy Balls (yes, really!), in the New Forest, is nice. Beautiful surroundings, indoor and outdoor pools (not sure about the slides though), alpacas...

poopoolala · 31/01/2024 12:48

Why aren't there more worh slides .. we went all the way to seashore for that reason and it was good but I wish more had them ! Center parcs is soo expensive

idontlikealdi · 31/01/2024 14:03

Woolacombe bay holiday park, you get to use their sister sites one of them has slides.

SportMum1982 · 31/01/2024 21:53

We could do Center Parcs but only 4 nights I’d prefer 7 nights

Butlins at Minehead? There were slides in the pool when we used to go.

Robinjr2 · 05/05/2024 00:38

center parcs for half the cost? Go to Europe: eg. Fly to Amsterdam, go downstairs in Schiphol airport to catch the train direct to Zandvoort, lovely town by the sea with cheapo Center parcs walking distance from the station, First time we went, couldn’t understand why the taxi driver said he wouldn’t take us to CP. we piled in regardless. After 5min he stopped because we were there, Why CP,s so much cheaper in Europe I don’t know. We used to go to longleat & loved it but it was expensive.

MissAtomicBomb1 · 05/05/2024 08:00

If you want a big center parcs type pool then Butlins minehead.

Itsneverme · 05/05/2024 09:15

If you want a good pool haven hafan y mor or craig tara have amazing pools, others with slides are most of the Yorkshire havens, cleethorpes and mablethorpe (mablethorpe also has an outside pool) seashore or Vauxhall park in Yarmouth as that also has a splash pad outside as well! Most havens have slides and some have lazy rivers too!

Freshwater beach in Dorset

You say England but mention Bluestone so I assume you are also open to Wales? Quay west haven is by a lovely beach. We were there in 2020 so couldn't use the pool, but I think it had a slide.

We loved Lydstep near Tenby for the beach, but the pool was small, I don't think it has slides.

Nodes point on isle of wight also lovely location, small slides on pool.

Hobourne Devon bay was walking distance from a beach but not right on it, with a slide.

None of these anywhere near the level of slides etc as bluestone though. We haven't done any of the bigger Havens etc to compare. We do like bluestone but you are a decent drive from the beach, so it's a different line of holiday.
