Where to go with 16yr old and 12 yr old. Alone.

So I'm so pleased that my Son (16) has agreed to come away with me (Mom) and my Daughter (12) . On the basis we go for 4-5 days, have a couple of days and come back. I suggested we have a beach/pool day, perhaps shops and aqua park, things like that. Their Dad won't come due to the dog!! So help me pick where? Torn between diy Palma nova and a all inclusive somewhere x

Budget is flexible for the right place. Just want to have a nice relaxing time with them .
