Trying to double check our booking, it has no details on it of the baggage allowance. Its inviting me to 'add checked baggage' but also has an alert at the top of the page setting out that I have hand luggage (with the size given) and 'second bag' of 10kg max and sizes given

When I go into add checked baggage, it has options with prices on them, but I cannot change or delete the 25kg one and this appears to not add more cost on, so this seems to imply its included. But no where on the booking page or confirmation emails (which wont resend after me triggering this) does it specify I have hand luggage and checked in luggage of 25kg

Ive tried ringing them on the UK number, meant to be open until 10pm Spanish time, its sending me round and round in circles saying it doesnt recognise the booking number (its the only number I have) and sorry I cant help you and then cuts off.

Any ideas?
