The places that stick with me the most:
Aswan, Egypt - sailing on a felucca at sunset listening to the call to prayer

Zanzibar - white sand beaches and fabulous culture

St Petersburg - so familiar yet so different. Art riches beyond compare.

My back garden on a perfect June day, sitting under the rose pergola with a cold glass of white wine

Seville. It's beautiful, lots to see and do, plus it has a gorgeous atmosphere all of it own.

I love the cities people seem to hate:

Paris

But also Mexico and Thailand. My absolute favourite long haul destinations. 💜

English Harbour Town in Antigua, Deia in Mallorca, and Vienna are standout towns/cities.

Top 2 are definitely Botswana and Sri Lanka - beautiful places that I would go back to in a heartbeat!

Botswana without a shadow of a doubt. Gorgeous weather, stunning landscapes, incredible wildlife and the friendliest people I've ever met

Lamu in Kenya (stopping off at the Maasai Mara en route).

Sri Lanka is pretty up there though.

Vietnam. We loved everywhere we went and the contrast of big cities/ countryside/ beautiful beaches makes for a perfect holiday. The people are also lovely and the food incredible.
