Hot on the heels of the most over-rated holiday destinations thread, I wonder where you’ve been and really enjoyed?

Berlin was my biggest surprise.

It feels so spacious and calm and the history is really fascinating. It's one city where you do need a really good guidebook to get the most out of it though.
